Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer full refunds and exchanges on purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, all face masks cannot be returned. Please read the following conditions in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email should include the following:

Reason for returning the products accompanied by photo evidence.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange a product purchased online with a valid receipt. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be unused, untouched and stored in the original packaging. If the item is returned in its original conditions, we will exchange it or offer you a refund on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will also inform you if your refund has been approved or declined. Please allow at least 14 days for us to process your return.
If your application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
Applications will be refused in certain circumstances such as the following:
Products with obvious signs of use;
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are NOT due to our error;
Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the event that you haven’t received a refund for your items yet, recheck your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. Please note that refunds may take some time to be officially in your bank account. After all these steps and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please notify us at email@example.com.
Final Sale items
We are unable to refund any sale item unless defects of the product is found.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned to us, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he/she will be informed of your return.
